This introductory course offers a hands-on introduction to developing and printing analogue black-and-white photography by hand. Participants go through the entire process: from developing the film to the final print on photographic paper.

Programme and learning goals

  1. Developing film from an exposed black-and-white film (135 or 120 format)
  2. Making test strips finding the right exposure time and paper contrast
  3. Printing the negative on photographic paper

The course is suitable for photographers and anyone interested, without darkroom experience.
